Exceptional Circa 1936 Lefty Grove Signed Photograph.  The period blue fountain pen signature rates approximately 8/10 in strength.  The 7”X9” photograph is in near mint condition with sharp corners and some minor discoloration on the backside.  The photo is stamped “Herman Seid, Cleveland Press Photography, Cleveland, Ohio” and the year “1936” is neatly written on the backside.  Vintage Lefty Grove signed photographs dating from his playing days are extremely scarce and highly prized among collectors.  Most known examples are personalized and still sell for over 4 figures!  This is truly an exceptional example that stands among the very finest of its kind.  PSA/DNA Certified and Encapsulated.
